Witek (Marian Dziędziel) is a widowed driver who have passed through thousands of kilometres in his life but never actually left Silesia. Barbara (Ewa Wiśniewska), is a retired music teacher having difficulties with pulling herself together after a loss of a close person - a painter with whom she spent the most beautiful years of her life.
