Yes, if the applicant party is based in Poland or any other member state of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association. Also eligible for financing are Polish embassies and consulates around the world.

Are foreign producers eligible for direct co-production financing by the Polish Film Institute?

Yes, provided that the applicant party is based in any member state of the European Union or the European Free Trade Association. However, from a practical point of view, it is better to have a Polish co-producer.
